Jonathan Goldstein is the Manager of Family Engagement Music at Central Synagogue, where he works closely with all branches of the YFE team, including the May Family Nursery School, Central Tots, and the Lese Center for Living Judaism. He has the joy of introducing Jewish music to children from the age of infancy until they begin preparing to become b’nei mitzvah, helping families build meaningful connections through singing and learning in community.

Jonathan joined Central as an educator in the LCLJ, where he taught for three years before stepping into his current role. Since graduating from Muhlenberg College in 2020 where he studied Psychology and Music, he has worked with young families at several Jewish organizations in the Boston area and in NYC. His approach is rooted in a love of Jewish learning, the power of music, and the belief that joy and play are essential parts of education.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time in nature, experiencing live music, and eating good food.
