Vocalist and poet Haleh Liza Gafori and oud musician Rabbi Zach Fredman will share gems from the mystical traditions of their ancestors. Through an exploration of texts by Persian mystics Rumi and Hafez, and Jewish kabbalist Yisrael Najara, engage in a poetic and musical dialogue exploring themes of love and liberation as communicated through these powerful traditions.
