Simplicity

Sometimes I’m awed by simplicity. After the wonderful Erev Rosh Hashanah service I streamed from Central, I headed to Temple de Hirsch Sinai for our local service. I was awed by its simplicity. One Rabbi, one cantorial soloist on the Bimah, all in white. The ark, the Torahs all clad in white. At that time, in that night, it was awesome. -- Linda E., Seattle, WA

Infinity

Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama's Infinity Mirrors are on exhibit at the Hirshhorn Museum in Washington, D.C., Feb. 23–May 14, 2017. I can't wait to experience all of these chambers of infinite secrets! -- Hannah E., Richmond, VA

Sukkah City

I was in awe when over a dozen artists created original and often outlandish sukkah designs and built them in the middle of Union Square, New York City. The results -- Sukkah City -- is a high-water mark for me of Jewish creativity and innovation. -- Eli P., Jersey City, NJ
