Let’s Talk About Hard Things: A Conversation With Anna Sale

Thursday, June 16, 2022, 7:00–8:15 pm

Virtual

Why is death so hard to talk about, and why is it so important to discuss? Join Anna Sale (host of the award-winning WNYC Studio interview podcast Death, Sex & Money and author of the book Let's Talk About Hard Things) and Rabbi Nicole Auerbach for a conversation about difficult conversations. Sale will share what she has learned from talking with people about death, and discuss strategies for beginning the hard but essential conversations around end-of-life issues. Presented as part of the What Matters initiative, which highlights the importance of advance care planning, and in partnership with Park Avenue Synagogue and Plaza Jewish Community Chapel.
