Three wise voices talk about how to confront and lift the weight of this unprecedented time.
Please join your fellow Central congregants for a candid and helpful discussion about anxiety, loneliness and sadness during this unprecedented time. Especially in the face of a global pandemic, continued social isolation, upheaval in education and the economy, we’ll discuss specific tools that can be useful even for those who consider themselves high-functioning and “fine” — to talk about and treat psychological hurdles that for many of us, feel new. You can join this Zoom discussion anonymously if that’s more comfortable.
Dr. Bea Arthur is a Columbia University-trained psychotherapist and speaker who works with high-performance individuals in high-pressure work environments.
