This year marks the 50th anniversary of the historic Stonewall uprising, and as New York welcomes WorldPride this summer, Central is proud to invite you, your friends, and family, to a special Shabbat dinner in celebration and support of our LGBTQ community.
Marnin will lead us in a discussion about the the significant gains that have been made over the past decade for LGBTQ+ people, and the recent erosion of these achievements—often under the guise of “religious freedom.” He will ask us to consider what we learn from our texts, values, and traditions and how these lessons have been exploited.
This event is open to all. Ticket price is $25. Click link below to learn more and buy tickets.
