We will explore the ancient Jewish practices of movement and meditation as tools for accessing clarity and shalom—wholeness. After a brief discussion, we will spend most of our time diving into these practices together. The instruction will be accessible and inclusive. If you have never meditated or explored yoga before, you will have the opportunity to experience them for the first time in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment. All levels of physical abilities and all experience levels from brand new beginner to seasoned practitioner are welcome.
