In this course, we will be using classical and modern sources to explore what it means to be part of the Jewish people — as well as our ethical responsibilities to fellow human beings more broadly. How do we meet those responsibilities, what degree of obligation do we have, and what kind of sacrifices should we be willing to make on behalf of others?
