Ellen Oppenheim helps companies improve their marketing and media outreach via her consultancy, Oppenheim Media Consulting. Her work includes marketing, media, and content strategy and tactics; voice of the customer research; and content development. Ellen has previously held executive positions at advertising agencies, media companies, trade associations, and consulting groups. She launched media strategy courses as an adjunct professor at City College of New York and Rutgers University.

Ellen serves on the boards of the Babies Heart Fund and Columbia Children's Health, where she leads the Outreach and Advocacy Committee. A Mississippi native and honors graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Ellen and her husband, Jeffrey, are proud parents, longtime Central Synagogue members, and Melton Program graduates. Ellen currently serves on Central’s Membership and Adult Education committees.
