Raised in the Catskills, Steve Weingord got his start in the hotel industry. He also spent many years planning conventions and meetings for a number of large companies, most recently as Sales & Convention Coordinator for Convenience Store News magazine. Steve worked for seven years as the trade show coordinator for TGA the International Travel Goods, Leather, and Accessories Show.

Before coming to Central Synagogue, Steve was an integral part of the planning process for the United Jewish Communities’ General Assembly in Los Angeles and the International Lion of Judah Conference in Washington, DC. He lives in New Jersey.
