Rachael is originally from Franklin, Massachusetts, and studied sociology at the University of Mary Washington in Virginia. She received her Masters in Leadership in Jewish Education and Communal Service in May 2021 from the Baltimore Hebrew Institute of Towson University. She began her career as an Engagement Associate and Ezra Fellow for Towson University Hillel. Then she served as the Assistant Director of Camp Airy in Maryland, where she spent three consecutive summers. 

She is excited to use her engagement experience to bring more people into Jewish life at Central as a part of the Membership team. Rachael lives on the Upper East Side, enjoys hosting Shabbat dinners and book club, exploring new spots in the neighborhood, and has had her apartment featured on YouTube and a lifestyle blog.
