Jews have a long history of obsession with food—how to grow it, eat it, bless it and celebrate with it. Join Cantor Buchdahl as we explore Jewish views on food from the Bible to current trends on eco-kashrut and sustainability. The first session will be co-taught with congregant David Barber, the co-owner of the renowned Blue Hills Restaurants. We will learn together, and of course, share some nosh together as well.
