CiTY Goes Apple Picking
CiTY Goes Apple PickingYouth Group Events Sunday October 4 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM This time of year it is part of Jewish tradition to dip apples in honey. We could think of no better way to celebrate the High Holidays then going apple picking. Stuarts Farm has many different varieties of apples, and is a beautiful orchard. The trip is about an hour to the farm, and we will spend plenty of time in the orchard picking apples so please dress appropriately. There is nothing sweeter for the New Year then enjoying a freshly picked apple right off the tree! We will be coming back to the Synagogue by 2:00 PM and having pizza in the newly erected Sukkah for the holiday of Sukkot. Please arrive promptly at 10:00 AM so that we may leave on time! RSVPs are preferred so that we know how much space is needed on the bus going to the farm. Contact: Call .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)@ (212) 838-5122 extension 4038 |
