Melissa Sue Pisarra joined Central Synagogue as Event Scheduling Manager in 2010.
She previously worked in event design/ coordinating for Boum Savvy, a NYC based Events Company. While working there, Melissa was responsible for all events from conception to completion.
Melissa grew up in Gaithersburg, MD and moved to NYC in 2006.
Melissa recieved a degree in Fashion Merchandising with a Minor in Event planning from LIM College in Midtown.

Free tours of the Sanctuary are given each Wednesday at 12:45 pm. Reservations are not necessary. There is a fee for group tours; call the Archives Office at 212-838-5122, ext. 2041, to arrange time, date and applicable fees. As tours do not take place on major holidays, please be sure to call the Archives Office or check the website for latest information.
